SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Shipping – for all orders within Australia we offer a flat shipping charge of AUD $5.00 per order.

How long will it take? – you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received. Orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post Parcel within 2-3 business days from the order date (excluding public holidays). For delivery within Australia, please allow an extra 2-10 business days, depending on the shipping option selected during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only, AquaCaps cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Express Shipping – you can select Express Post delivery within Australia for delivery within 2-3 business days, however we cannot guarantee same day shipping.
​
PO Boxes – yes, we deliver to PO Boxes.
​
Authority to Leave – most domestic parcels are automatically given Authority to Leave due to being under 500g. AquaCaps is not responsible for missing parcels.
​
International Orders – we currently ship to New Zealand, Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom and United States. For any other location please contact us at support@aquacaps.com.au for a quote. International delivery typically takes 14-20 days, but can take up to 30 days or more due to customs. International customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping.

Returns & Warranty Policy
We love our AquaCaps and want you to love them too. Caps can be returned within 30 days of dispatching your order for a full refund as long as the cap is unmarked and returned in its original packaging with tags on. Please email us at support@aquacaps.com.au and we will provide the shipment details to send your item back. We don't offer exchanges and refunds will be on a per basis issue. Please carefully review your order before submitting it.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your cap has developed a fault while wearing it, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you ASAP.

Our returns and warranty policy includes the rights you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law. AquaCaps reserves the right to reject any returns or warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair / normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.
